1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Colour betting ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.

2. Eligibility and Legal Age

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account and participate in any betting or gambling activities on this platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend accounts until satisfactory proof is provided.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

• You may only register one (1) account per person, household, IP address, and device. Multiple accounts will be immediately banned and all associated funds forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is deemed to be your responsibility.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Platform Rules and Fair Play

Colour betting is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. You agree to the following rules:

• No Bots or Automation: The use of automated scripts, bots, spiders, or any software designed to interact with the game, exploit patterns, or place automated bets is strictly prohibited.
• No Exploitation: If you discover a bug, glitch, or vulnerability, you must report it to support immediately. Exploiting such issues will result in an instant ban and forfeiture of funds.
• Fair Betting: Collusion, syndicate betting, or using third-party software to manipulate game outcomes is strictly forbidden.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and KYC

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from a bank account, UPI ID, or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits may be rejected.
• Withdrawals: We reserve the right to process withdrawals only after successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may include providing government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Any suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to freeze accounts suspected of money laundering or fraud.

6. Platform Rights and Liability

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we suspect a violation of these terms.
• Void any bets, cancel winnings, and confiscate balances in the event of fraud, system malfunction, or breach of terms.
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Colour betting, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses, system downtime, or data loss.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
