Refund & Fund Policy

1. General Refund Principles
Due to the nature of online betting and real-time gaming, all bets placed on Colour betting are final and non-refundable once confirmed. We do not offer refunds or cancellations on wagers that have been accepted by our system, regardless of the outcome of the game.
2. Failed Deposits
If you experience a failed deposit where funds have been deducted from your bank account or wallet but not credited to your Colour betting wallet, please follow these steps:
- Wait for up to 24 hours. Often, payment gateways automatically reconcile and refund failed transactions back to your original payment method.
- If the funds are not credited or refunded within 24 hours, contact our customer support with your transaction ID (UTR number), date, and amount.
- Upon verification with our payment gateway providers, we will either manually credit your gaming wallet or initiate a refund back to your bank account. Manual refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account.
3. Withdrawal Policy
We strive to process all withdrawal requests instantly; however, certain conditions apply:
- Wagering Requirements: Users must meet any applicable wagering or rollover requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Deposits cannot be immediately withdrawn without being used for gameplay.
- KYC Verification: We reserve the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if the user has not completed the required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
- Bank Details: Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or UPI IDs that match the registered name on the user's profile. We are not responsible for delays or loss of funds caused by incorrect banking details provided by the user.
4. Technical Glitches and System Errors
In the rare event of a system malfunction, network failure, or technical glitch during a game round:
- If a bet is placed but the game round fails to execute on our servers, the bet amount will be voided and returned to the user's wallet.
- If a visual glitch occurs on the user's device but the game executes normally on our servers, the server's outcome will be considered final and binding. No refunds will be issued for client-side display errors.
5. Fraudulent Activity and Chargebacks
If we detect fraudulent activity, such as the use of stolen credit cards, unauthorized UPI transactions, or deliberate chargeback abuse, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately ban the offending account.
- Confiscate any remaining wallet balance.
- Report the incident to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and payment processing partners.
Users who initiate unjustified chargebacks with their bank will have their accounts permanently suspended and may face legal action to recover the funds.
6. Contact for Disputes
If you believe a transaction or bet was handled incorrectly, you have 72 hours from the time of the incident to file a dispute with our support team. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
