Affiliate Terms

1. Introduction to the Affiliate Program

Colour betting offers an Affiliate Program that allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new players to the platform. By participating in the Affiliate Program and generating your unique referral link, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms.

2. Earning Commissions

• Referral Qualification: A referral is considered valid only when a new user signs up using your unique referral link or referral code and subsequently makes their first successful deposit.
• Commission Structure: Commissions are calculated based on the trading volume or net losses of your referred players, depending on the current promotional structure offered by Colour betting. We reserve the right to alter the commission structure at any time with prior notice.
• Crediting: Earned commissions will be credited to your affiliate wallet at predetermined intervals (e.g., daily or weekly). From there, you may transfer them to your main gaming wallet or request a withdrawal, subject to minimum withdrawal limits.

3. Prohibited Activities

To ensure fairness and the integrity of the program, the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions:

• Self-Referral: You may not use your own referral link to create multiple accounts for yourself. This includes using different email addresses, phone numbers, or devices to simulate new users.
• Spamming: You may not promote your referral link through unsolicited emails (spam), unwanted SMS messages, or aggressive forum posting that violates the rules of third-party platforms.
• Misrepresentation: You may not impersonate Colour betting, use our brand name in misleading ways (e.g., creating fake official social media accounts), or make false promises regarding guaranteed winnings to attract referrals.
• Incentivized Traffic: Offering kickbacks, cashbacks, or splitting your commission with the referred players to incentivize them to sign up is not allowed unless explicitly authorized by us.

4. Rights of the Platform

Colour betting reserves the right to:

• Audit and review your referral traffic and commission earnings at any time.
• Withhold commissions if we suspect fraudulent activity, bot traffic, or collusion among referred players.
• Terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach any of these terms.

5. Changes to the Affiliate Program

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program or these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
